Facilities

India Flexibles has its manufacturing unit spread at about 10000 plus sq ft built area. Equipped with all basic necessities like Computers, CAD facility, Phones, Fax, E-mail, Generator backup etc., the management conducts its operations smoothly.  

The unit is outfitted with all the necessary machineries, instruments, tools, gauges, dies, fixtures, etc, to produce quality products. The raw materials procured are tested on all parameters and the final products are subjected to a series of tests like burst testing, proof testing, leak test, elongation test, oil resistance test, cold bend test, salt spray testing, passivation thickness test, die-penetrant test for welded joints, material composition testing & hose impulse testing, etc. Third party inspections are also arranged as per requirement.
